About Juan

Juan Morales is a United States Marine Corps veteran with 12 years of honorable service, a retired law enforcement detective, and the proud owner of Optimal Homes Solutions. His path to founding the company is rooted in decades of service, discipline, and craftsmanship. After leaving the Marine Corps, Juan returned to his early roots in construction before serving his community in law enforcement. Upon retiring, he found his way back to his passion for building and restoring homes.

With a deep understanding of renovations, restoration, and fine woodworking, Juan leads this business with integrity, precision, and a relentless work ethic. He has successfully run a restoration company and now uses that expertise to help bring the finishing touches of woddoworking custom pieces to fine trim details. As a husband of 19 years and a father of three, Juan is committed to balancing family, service, and business with the same dedication and resilience that have defined every chapter of his life.
